A short, easy loop through a grove of towering swamp gums - the tallest flowering plants on Earth, with some…

Lady Barron Falls is the most secluded of the three waterfalls in Mount Field National Park. Reached via a beautiful walk through ancient rainforest and towering swamp gums, the falls provide a peaceful destination well away from the crowds that gather at nearby Russell Falls.
Although it requires a little more effort to reach than Russell Falls or Horseshoe Falls, Lady Barron Falls rewards walkers with a picturesque tiered cascade surrounded by lush fern-filled forest. The walk can be completed as a return trip or enjoyed as part of the popular Three Falls Circuit.

Keep an eye out for pademelons, Bennett’s wallabies, native birds and colourful fungi throughout the rainforest, particularly during the cooler months.
